Expanding Capacity and Going Global: A New Chapter, Setting a New Benchmark in Global Strategy

On the morning of November 27, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the industrial vehicle complete-unit and lithium battery pack assembly production project of Heli Industrial Vehicles (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Rojana Nong Yai Industrial Park in Chonburi Province, Thailand.

To consolidate and expand its leading position in the global market, actively advance its global strategic layout, and build a global production and supply system, Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Heli") has established a strategic partnership with the Thai local enterprise Siam Motors Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SMP") and jointly established Heli Industrial Vehicles (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a joint venture. The two parties are jointly investing in the construction of a brand-new manufacturing base, creating an integrated production and sales cooperation platform for industrial vehicle complete units and lithium battery systems in Thailand, further enhancing the company's competitiveness and international brand influence.

The project covers an area of approximately 84,330 square meters, with a total construction area of 50,550 square meters and a total investment of approximately RMB 425 million (about USD 60 million). It includes an integrated production workshop, a battery production workshop, an office building, an employee cafeteria, and supporting infrastructure, and is equipped with intelligent production lines. Once fully operational, the factory's annual production capacity will reach 10,000 forklifts and 10,000 lithium battery packs.

Xue Bai, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Anhui Forklift Group and Vice Chairman of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd.; Chen Xianyou, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Anhui Heli Co., Ltd.; Prakasit Phornprapha, President of Siam Motors Group; Yao Lepeng, Deputy General Manager of China Automotive Engineering Corporation; Sun Xiaojun, General Manager of the China Business Division of Rojana Industrial Park, and Liu Hui, Sales Director, as well as representatives of the local Thai government and other guests attended the project groundbreaking ceremony to jointly witness this exciting and historic moment. As Xue Bai took the stage and announced, "The industrial vehicle complete-unit and lithium battery pack assembly production project of Heli Industrial Vehicles (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is officially commenced," engineering vehicles at the site sounded their horns in unison and several heavy machines started simultaneously, marking the project's official entry into the implementation and construction phase.

In his speech, Chen Xianyou first expressed, on behalf of the company, a warm welcome and gratitude to the Thai government officials, friends from all sectors, and partners attending the ceremony. Today, we join forces with SMG to invest and build a factory in this promising land of Chonburi, Thailand. This is not only a deepening of Heli's globalization strategy, but also a vivid practice of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation between China and Thailand in the high-end manufacturing sector. It will powerfully promote the construction of Heli's overseas production and supply system, deepen the integration of China and Thailand in high-end manufacturing, and lay a solid and broad foundation for Heli's future technological innovation and market expansion."

On behalf of the park, Sun Xiaojun expressed congratulations on the smooth commencement of construction of the Heli Industrial Vehicles Thailand factory project and welcomed Heli Industrial Vehicles' participation.
