On December 3, the 2025 Hunan Province Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Conference was held in Changsha. The conference officially awarded plaques to the 2025 National Pilot-Level Smart Factories and other recipients, setting industry benchmarks. Zoomlion, as the only enterprise in Hunan Province selected for the first batch of national Pilot-Level Smart Factory cultivation list, was awarded a plaque at the conference, once again demonstrating the company's top-tier strength and leading position in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

This conference was hosted by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and jointly organized by units including the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. More than 300 participants attended, including national intelligent manufacturing experts, relevant leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Industry and Information Technology Industry Affairs Center, heads of industry and information technology authorities across the province, and representatives of the province's Pilot-Level, Excellence-Level, and Advanced-Level smart factories and outstanding intelligent manufacturing system solution providers. Fu Ling, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Zoomlion, and Zeng Guang, General Manager of Zhongke Yungu, attended the conference.

As one of the first batch of national Pilot-Level Smart Factories, Zoomlion shared its outstanding experience on site at the conference. Zoomlion has tackled the world-class challenge of mixed-model production of heavy equipment featuring "multiple varieties and small batches" in construction machinery, not only achieving full-process intelligent manufacturing across the six major core manufacturing stages of excavators for the first time globally, and realizing efficient shared mixed-model production of over a hundred excavator models with one excavator rolling off the line every six minutes on average; it has also horizontally covered four major construction machinery categories—excavators, concrete pump trucks, cranes, and aerial work machinery—and vertically connected hundreds of processes, building the world's unique collaborative shared smart factory cluster for construction machinery, with steel plate material utilization exceeding 90%, smart factory construction costs reduced by 15%, and work-in-process inventory of structural parts reduced by 70%.

According to reports, Zoomlion has replicated and promoted its mature intelligent manufacturing solutions to more than 20 smart factories worldwide, and has empowered more than 200 enterprises across fields such as agricultural machinery and energy equipment. At present, the Zoomlion Smart Industrial City has integrated more than 300 intelligent manufacturing production lines, deployed over 2,000 industrial robots, and has dozens of self-developed humanoid robots conducting pilot operations in machining, logistics, and other stages, gradually building a new-generation intelligent manufacturing system.

In addition, Zhongke Yungu, a subsidiary of Zoomlion, was recognized as a "2025 Hunan Province Outstanding Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider," highlighting its leading strength in intelligent manufacturing solutions.
