On November 15, 2025 local time, the seven-day Agritechnica international agricultural machinery exhibition in Hanover, Germany, came to a close. In keeping with the exhibition's theme of "Touch Smart Efficiency," Hengli Hydraulic, together with its InLine brand, presented to global audiences its innovative products and high-performance solutions for agricultural equipment such as tractors, harvesters, sprayers, and agricultural loaders, centered on the two keywords "intelligent" and "efficient."

01 Advancing agricultural machinery toward intelligence

In the development of intelligent agricultural machinery, the tractor is an intuitive and important power output device. At this exhibition, Hengli Hydraulic brought the HVSP15F series lift valves for high-horsepower tractor lift systems. Employing a CAN bus control mode, they can integrate the electronically controlled lift system into the vehicle's overall control scheme, further enabling component interaction with smart implements and reducing the complexity of system wiring.

In addition, in the electronically controlled lift solution, the angle sensor and pin-type force sensor developed by Hengli Hydraulic can comprehensively monitor the state of the agricultural machinery, collect real-time operating data, and interact with the HLEC series whole-machine controller to achieve precise control.

02 Efficient power solutions warmly received

At the exhibition site, the hydrostatic closed-circuit travel system composed of the V40G/V40E series closed-circuit pumps and the M60V(E) bent-axis variable motors was highly favored by harvester manufacturers. Machines using the closed-circuit travel system outperform traditional mechanical transmission in working efficiency, and are easy to operate, durable, and fuel-efficient.

A sprayer customer from South America, after gaining an in-depth understanding at the site, immediately decided to adopt Hengli's hydrostatic closed-circuit travel system.

Targeting the overseas high-end tractor market, which widely adopts CVT technology, Hengli Hydraulic launched the HPCVT hydraulic drive unit. Featuring a highly integrated design with the pump and motor sharing a compact common housing, it provides smooth and powerful drive for continuously variable transmissions, significantly improving operating efficiency and fuel economy.

03 Richer and more flexible product solutions

Agricultural machinery covers numerous categories and complex operating conditions, with varying requirements for flow, pressure, and control functions. To this end, Hengli Hydraulic's compact manifold section showcased customized MFB cartridge valve assemblies for fields such as seeders and harvesters. The Hengli transmission section also exhibited a series of radial piston motors and gerotor motors suitable for agricultural loaders.

At the exhibition site, we held in-depth exchanges with customers and partners from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia.
