Recently, Sunward's self-developed SWE225FNLC "Excavator Twins" — two new crawler hydraulic excavators — rolled off the production line simultaneously. Designed specifically for narrower working spaces, they meet the width restrictions of China and certain other countries and regions, marking a key step forward for Sunward in its precise layout of domestic and overseas markets and fully demonstrating the company's outstanding R&D strength and efficient market responsiveness.

        The two products rolled off the line this time were developed on the basis of Sunward's mature 22-ton excavator platform architecture. They continue the brand's consistent advantages in performance, reliability and intelligence, combining high cost-effectiveness with excellent fuel economy, and can fully adapt to operating requirements under various demanding conditions such as infrastructure construction and mining at home and abroad.

        The two products, carefully built on Sunward's "F Series," inherit the new-generation Sunward excavator family design language with a rugged and imposing appearance. The powertrain features internationally renowned-brand engines, matched with large-diameter main valves, large-displacement main pumps and high-torque swing motors, achieving a balance between high operating efficiency and optimized fuel consumption. Structural components adopt the industry-leading annealing process, effectively enhancing the structural strength and durability of the entire machine.

        In terms of operating experience and maintenance convenience, the products are equipped with a one-touch start throttle switch, a new cab, a 10-inch LCD touchscreen display and premium seats, and add a cigarette lighter function. A large-capacity bucket is standard, further improving operating efficiency. The electronic control system features fault diagnosis, enabling precise locating of fault sources; baked-type relays are used to enhance cold-start performance. The undercarriage is equipped with dual-support carrier rollers, and the four major filters are centrally arranged in the pump compartment, facilitating ground-level maintenance and replacement and greatly reducing maintenance difficulty.
