Chongqing Rail Transit Line 7 Phase I Civil Construction General Contracting (V) Bidding Announcement

I. Project Overview

Construction location: Chongqing Municipality

Construction scale:

(1) The total length of the Chongqing Rail Transit Line 7 Phase I project is approximately 27.8 km, mainly laid along Zongwu Line, Feixue Road, Yongtai Road, Kexue Avenue, Gaoxin Avenue, and Yingtao Road, with a total of 18 stations, including 7 transfer stations, which will respectively transfer with the planned Line 17, Line 15, Line 27, Yongchuan Line, Line 19, and the existing Line 1; the average station spacing of the Phase I project is approximately 1.6 km, with a maximum station spacing of approximately 2.9 km and a minimum station spacing of approximately 0.7 km. It adopts metro As vehicles in 6-car formation, with a design speed of 100 km/h; two main substations are set up, namely the Logistics Park Hub Main Substation and the Science Hall Main Substation; one depot is set up; the control center is located at the Jiangbei Control Center.

The estimated total project investment is 21.570606 billion yuan.

(2) Basic information of this bidding project

This bidding includes two parts: the main line and the depot access line. The main line is approximately 7.3 km long, including 4.3 km of elevated line, 2.6 km of underground line, and 0.4 km of transition section, covering Baohongshan Station (excluded) to Shimenba Station (excluded), and Banzhulin Station (excluded) to the terminus, with a total of 4 stations (Hangu Station, Science Hall Station, Xicheng Park Station, and Jinfeng Station), all of which are elevated stations. The depot access line is approximately 1.8 km long (excluding the access line portion within the red line boundary of the depot), all of which is elevated line.

Note: This project shall be implemented in accordance with the "Pilot Work Plan of Chongqing Municipality for Cultivating a Workforce of Own Workers of Construction Enterprises in the New Era".

Estimated contract amount of this bidding project: 1.4 billion yuan

Bidding scope: The bidding scope includes but is not limited to the following work content:

(1) Including but not limited to the civil engineering works, comprehensive grounding, environmental engineering, installation of identification signs in control protection zones, sound barriers, coating engineering, etc. within the scope of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 7 Phase I including Baohongshan Station (excluded) to Shimenba Station (excluded), Banzhulin Station (excluded) to the terminus, and the depot access line; related municipal facilities and supporting connection works; concurrently implemented works (such as P+R, remaining space, reserved space for over-site development, etc.); other works required by the bidder to meet the conditions necessary for trial operation. Also included are temporary facility works required to complete the above works, temporary construction land occupation and restoration, construction access roads, application and installation of construction water and electricity, pipeline network relocation and protection, greening transplantation and restoration, demolition, occupation and restoration of municipal facilities, traffic organization (including demolition and restoration of traffic facilities, etc.), safety assessment, monitoring, protection, repair and demolition of buildings and structures within the construction scope (including the implementation scope involved in this project and the protection scope that may be affected), etc. Other engineering projects interfacing with this project and requiring concurrent construction shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the government or the bidder. The estimated contract amount of this bidding project is 1.4 billion yuan.

Schedule requirements: 985 days; planned commencement time: October 2024. Defect liability period requirement: 24 months

II. Acquisition of Bidding Documents

This bidding project adopts full-process electronic bidding. Before bidding, bidders may download the bidding documents, bill of quantities, electronic drawings and other materials from the Chongqing Public Resources Trading Network.

III. Submission of Bidding Documents

The deadline for submission of bidding documents (the bid submission deadline, hereinafter the same) is 2024-10-28 10:30. Bidders shall, before the bid submission deadline, log in to the Chongqing Electronic Bidding and Tendering System via the Internet using a CA digital certificate and upload the encrypted electronic bidding documents.
