Recently, the "Love Supermarket" in Ningxia Village, Quanji Township, Gangca County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, was completed, marking the completion of all 10 sub-projects of the "Ten Haves" project in Ningxia Village. Up to now, 175 of the 242 villages (communities) in Haibei Prefecture have achieved the "Ten Haves" project construction goals, and by the end of the year, full coverage of the "Ten Haves" project goals will be basically achieved.
　　Since the beginning of this year, Haibei Prefecture has researched and formulated the "Division of Work Plan for the 'Ten Haves' Project Construction in Villages (Communities) of Haibei Prefecture," making the "Ten Haves" project in villages (communities) a key Party-building project for 2024, leading the way in tackling difficult problems and advancing implementation with high-level coordination. Since the implementation of the project, Haibei Prefecture has invested 29.1932 million yuan to innovatively implement the "Ten Haves" project in villages (communities). That is: having a comprehensive service center (Party and Mass Service Center) to make it convenient for Party members and the masses to handle affairs; having a New Era Civilization Practice Station and village history exhibition room to practice new trends of the new era; having a studio for "Two Representatives and One Committee Member" to understand the needs of the masses; having a village (community) comprehensive governance center to resolve conflicts and disputes; having a village-level clinic to facilitate medical treatment; having a happiness canteen to solve meal problems for the elderly and left-behind children; having single dormitory rooms to solve accommodation for village-stationed cadres; having a love supermarket (courier collection point) to facilitate daily life; having a sports field for cultural and sports activities; and having sanitary toilets for the convenience of the masses.
　　The implementation of the "Ten Haves" project in villages (communities) has consolidated the hardware foundation for carrying out work in rural areas (communities), opened up the "last mile" of publicizing, educating, and serving the masses, expanded the breadth and depth of Party organization activities, Party member education, and service to the masses, continuously consolidated grassroots political power, and greatly enhanced the cohesion of grassroots Party organizations, the solidarity of Party members, and the satisfaction of the masses.
