Electric-driven leadership, opening a new era of dynamic compaction!
Recently, the ultra-high-energy intelligent electric dynamic compactor YTQH3000MHE, jointly developed by Yutong Heavy Industries and Shanxi Jinbaodao, was successfully delivered. This delivery marks a new step forward in the cooperation between Yutong Heavy Industries and Shanxi Jinbaodao, and also signifies that the two parties have taken a solid step on the path of electrified and intelligent dynamic compaction development.

In recent years, along with the in-depth advancement of Beautiful China construction, the state has successively issued a number of development plans and policies and regulations, clearly proposing to accelerate the electrified and intelligent development of construction machinery.
Shanxi Jinbaodao has been deeply engaged in dynamic compaction ground treatment technology for more than 16 years, possesses rich dynamic compaction construction experience, and is highly forward-looking in dynamic compaction construction capability and construction technology. Yutong Heavy Industries has been deeply engaged in the field of dynamic compactor R&D and manufacturing for many years. Relying on the strong R&D strength of Yutong Group, it has taken the lead in achieving technological breakthroughs in fields such as electric rotary drilling rigs and electric dynamic compactors, and has rich experience in electric construction machinery R&D.

Acting according to needs, innovating with method. Driven jointly by the national dual-carbon strategy and the corporate mission, the electrification and intelligentization of dynamic compactors have become the general trend. Yutong Heavy Industries and Shanxi Jinbaodao have joined hands to lay out in advance the R&D and use of high-energy intelligent electric dynamic compactor products. Guided by the actual operational needs of intelligent electric dynamic compactors, the two parties closely combine R&D and production with construction application, forming a virtuous cycle of demand, R&D, application, feedback, and improvement, and promoting the smooth implementation and application of high-energy intelligent electric dynamic compactors.

Electric dynamic compactors are green and environmentally friendly, efficient and energy-saving, helping enterprises achieve a win-win of environmental benefits and economic benefits. The YTQH3000MHE extended-range electric dynamic compactor adopts motor drive for the main winch, with high torque and high speed. Compared with traditional models, the winch lifting speed is more than 60% higher, and the comprehensive benefit per single cycle is increased by more than 30%. The electric drive system has high transmission efficiency, and energy utilization efficiency is more than 25% higher than that of traditional models. Matched with intelligent fuel-saving technology, comprehensive fuel consumption per point is reduced by 30%.

A strong alliance, leading with strength. The delivery of this high-energy intelligent electric dynamic compactor has set a new benchmark for the industry. It is another breakthrough by Shanxi Jinbaodao in the field of scientific and technological innovation, and also another powerful proof of Yutong Heavy Industries fulfilling its responsibility as a leader in the dynamic compaction industry. In the future, with the further development of intelligent and electrified technologies, electric dynamic compactors will become a beautiful scenery line in China's infrastructure construction and create greater value for customers.
