Currently, CRCC Heavy Industry's LSJ series chain-cutter continuous wall equipment has been in continuous operation for 4 months at the key embankment reinforcement project of Dongting Lake, with a construction volume of 80,000 m², a maximum daily advance of 60 m/d for the transverse wall formation, and a wall permeability coefficient of 1×10e-6 cm/s and above. Both construction efficiency and seepage-prevention reinforcement quality have been unanimously recognized by the client.

The key embankment reinforcement project of Dongting Lake is characterized by narrow and long construction sites, as well as wide and scattered construction areas. The CRCC Heavy Industry LSJ60 chain-cutter continuous wall equipment has a maximum wall depth of 60 m, a wall width of 500-900 mm, and an outer width between the two tracks of 4.8 m, making it suitable for TRD construction at greater depths. The LSJ35 series chain-cutter continuous wall equipment has a maximum wall depth of 35 m, a wall width of 500-1200 mm, and an outer width between the two tracks of 3-4 m, making it better suited for construction on narrow 6 m embankment surfaces. The LSJ series chain-cutter continuous wall equipment features stable and reliable performance, high construction efficiency, fast relocation, a small footprint, strong self-rescue capability, and a high degree of informatization. It adapts well to long-distance embankment reinforcement construction and remote informatized supervision requirements, solving the client's difficulties of high safety and quality requirements and challenging supervision during large-scale TRD fleet operations, and ensuring construction progress and quality.
