Recently, the foundation pit support, ground treatment, and anti-floating anchor engineering of the 36-mu development project at Dong'an Lake in Longquanyi District, undertaken by Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited (Chengkanyuan), have been successfully completed.

The 36-mu development project at Dong'an Lake in Longquanyi District is located south of Hu'an South Road and west of Juhu Street in Dong'an Subdistrict, Longquanyi District, Chengdu. The project covers an area of approximately 36 mu and consists of 4 residential buildings, 2 property management buildings, 1 commercial office building, a supporting road, and a bridge. The proposed building area includes two basement levels; the foundation structure types are raft foundations and pile-raft foundations. The maximum depth of the foundation pit is approximately 10.15 meters, with a total of about 166 support piles, about 166 anchor cables, about 1,300 meters of anchor nails, about 2,286 anti-floating enlarged-head (capsule-type) anchors, and about 1,713 CFG piles.

The construction of the 36-mu development project at Dong'an Lake in Longquanyi District plays an important role in the development of the Dong'an Lake area, the improvement of residents' living environment, and the balanced allocation of commercial resources. It can further accelerate the realization of urban-rural integration and provide strong backing support for the development of the Eastern New Area.

Recently, the foundation pit support and ground treatment engineering of Section I of the Yunruyi Residential Community in Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Xi'an, undertaken by Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited (Chengkanyuan), have been successfully completed.

The project is located east of Jinghe 3rd Street, west of Huanhu Road, north of Hubin 2nd Road, and south of Chongwen New Street in the Jinggan area of Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Xi'an. The total land area is approximately 81.45 mu, and the total construction area is approximately 97,000 square meters.Chengdu Engineering Corporation Limited (Chengkanyuan)It mainly undertakes foundation pit support and ground treatment engineering, having completed approximately 987 meters of support piles, approximately 2,421 meters of micro-piles, approximately 3,704 meters of anchor cables, and the corresponding ground treatment tasks.

Upon completion, the project will form a double green corridor landscape together with the surrounding parks, further enhancing the quality of residential buildings around Jinghe New City in Xixian New Area and the regional image of Jinghe New City, creating a quality living environment, and providing better housing for employees of the Jinghe New City industrial park, thereby boosting the economic development of the Xixian New Area.
