The deep foundation reinforcement of the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge adopts the high-pressure jet grouting reinforcement method for layered soil reinforcement. In plan, the reinforcement area is divided into a wall reinforcement zone and a central reinforcement zone. In this area, 162 piles are uniformly arranged along the distance from the inner edge line of the diaphragm wall, with a center-to-center spacing of 1.673 m. The pile spacing is 1.7 m, and a total of 2,335 piles are arranged.

This project is a highlight project fully created by Shanghai Jiuzhuo Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. Shanghai Jiuzhuo innovatively implemented the D-RJP construction method, combined with a digital twin system, to help the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge complete 2,497 pile foundations.

The DJE130-V/H adopts a full-process online construction management system to automatically monitor and control construction parameters. It is suitable for a variety of complex geological conditions, adopts full rotation, semi-rotation, and full-angle rotation, and relies on vertical, horizontal, inclined, and other processes to achieve multi-degree-of-freedom construction.

A variety of advanced and efficient grouting pumps from Shanghai Jiuzhuo, including the HP200B-EV, HP200C-EV, HP360-EV, and HP420-EV, provide supporting assistance to meet the requirements of fast, high-quality, safe, and economical construction for this project; ensure coordination among all construction stages and give full play to the optimal performance of mechanical equipment.
