Construction steps

1. Level and organize the construction site, lay out and mark the points according to construction requirements;

2. After the drilling rig enters the site and reaches the designated position, adjust the verticality of the mast using the outrigger cylinders;

3. Connect the drill pipe and drill bit, start the high-pressure pump for a pressure test;

4. After the pressure test is completed, drill the connected drill pipe to the specified depth and carry out high-pressure jet grouting, with a lifting speed of 18 cm/min and a pump pressure of 27 MPa;

5. During the jet grouting process with the XPG-65 drilling rig, there is no need to repeatedly disassemble the drill pipe, but the rig operator must pay attention to the grout return conditions;

6. After grouting is completed, pull up the drill pipe and flush the pipeline with clean water to prevent cement slurry inside the drill pipe from setting and blocking it.‍
