Recently, at the construction site of the dangerous building renovation project in Daban Second District, Nanning, Guangxi, four 40-meter "Green Giants" — Sunward's pre-boring static pile drivers — are carrying out construction in an orderly manner, supporting the major livelihood project in Nanning, the "Green City," in a truly spectacular scene.

In the eyes of Nanning residents, the Daban community in Nanning, Guangxi, exists as a "legend." Built in the 1960s, it has been in "service" for over 55 years, making it arguably the longest-standing residential community in Nanning. Native Nanning residents have deep affection for this land, which has also drawn much attention to the "Daban Community Dangerous Building Renovation Project."

"The geology at this site is rather special, and the surrounding area is all residential, so equipment performance, construction noise, and so on are all within our considerations. Of course, for the contractor, cost is even more important. If we used rotary drilling equipment, the cost would be very high; if we used ordinary static pile drivers, we could not achieve the effective pile length. Sunward's new ZYJ1060BK-II pre-boring static pile driver differs from traditional static pile drivers in that it features technological innovation — it can install 15-16 800mm piles per day. It is reported that the Daban Second District dangerous building renovation project in Nanning, Guangxi, adopted Sunward's ZYJ1060BK-II pre-boring static pile driver, which pioneered the PDP method, and the currently world's largest ZYJ1260BK pre-boring static pile driver to install 800mm pipe piles. With center excavation and pre-boring, synchronous pile pressing, pipe pile wall protection, and self-discharge of soil during drilling, the equipment effectively solves the problem that traditional static pressing or hammer-driven precast piles cannot penetrate complex geology such as round gravel and sand interlayers, achieving high pile quality.

This is not limited to Nanning — in many parts of the country, Sunward's pre-boring static pile drivers are showing their prowess. In the Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway project, Sunward's ZYJ1260BK pre-boring static pile driver successfully applied 1-meter large-diameter precast pipe piles to high-speed railway bridge piles for the first time. In the Nanchang Yaqi housing construction project, Sunward's ZYJ1060BK-II pre-boring static pile driver installed 800mm pipe piles with a maximum pile depth of 42 meters, replacing rotary bored piles and enabling the originally very tight schedule to be completed 15 days ahead of time; the equipment won high praise from the customer. In March this year, Sunward's ZYJ1060BK pre-boring static pile driver even went overseas to support Bogotá Metro Line 1 in Colombia; its pioneering PDP method reduced construction costs by one third, demonstrating the strength of "Intelligent Manufacturing in China."
