The 1600-type integrated all-electric (rotary-casing) casing drilling rig achieves all-electric drive for the crane and the rotary-casing drilling rig. Construction operations can achieve zero exhaust emissions, and working noise is also greatly reduced, fully complying with environmental protection policies and requirements. In terms of energy saving, taking the construction of 1-meter-diameter secant piles in clay-dominated strata (non-rock-socketed) as an example, with 3 piles completed per day (about 80 meters), calculated at grid electricity prices, construction with the 1600-type integrated all-electric (rotary-casing) casing drilling rig significantly reduces energy costs compared with the combined construction of a fuel-powered crane and an electric rotary-casing drilling rig, offering great economic value.
