IV. Project Overview:

The construction content of this project mainly includes: the Marine Information Engineering Building, the Aquatic Biology Research Building, student dormitories, and a 35KV user substation, along with the simultaneous implementation of the corresponding outdoor general works. The total new construction floor area is 79,000 square meters, of which the above-ground area is 70,109.82 square meters and the underground area is 8,890.18 square meters. Among these: the Marine Information Engineering Building has a floor area of 24,352.98 square meters, the Aquatic Biology Research Building has a floor area of 23,234.82 square meters, the student dormitories have a floor area of 29,638.14 square meters, the 35kV user substation has a floor area of 1,194.96 square meters, and the student dormitory living support rooms and management rooms have a floor area of 579.1 square meters.

Civil construction Section 1, Taopu Road to Jinshajiang Road, main line stake numbers K0+000~K2+576.04 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints); for the section north of Cao'an Highway, the east half ground road stake number range is S20E1K0+076.295~S20E1K1+079.008, and the west half ground road stake number range is S20W1K0+076.295~S20W1K1+070.392. For the section south of Cao'an Highway, the east side auxiliary road stake number range is S20E2K1+156.066~S20E2K1+330, and the west side auxiliary road stake number range is S20W2K1+159.874~S20W2K1+330. The ground road stake number range for the Cao'an Highway to Jinshajiang Road section is DK1+156.07~DK2+576. The pedestrian and non-motorized passage on the east side of the G2 interchange has a stake number range of RFK0+000~RFK1+151.37, and the pedestrian and non-motorized passage on the west side of the G2 interchange has a stake number range of LFK0+000~LFK0+524.98. The total length is approximately 2.58 km, including one G2 interchange, 3 pairs of parallel ramps (2 pairs at Cao'an Highway, 1 pair at Jinshajiang Road), and the reconstruction of the Taopu Road transverse road.

Civil construction Section 2, Jinshajiang Road to Linhong Road, main line stake numbers K2+576.04~K3+939.04 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers DK2+576~DK3+940, total length approximately 1.36 km, including one bridge crossing the Suzhou Creek, 1 pair of parallel ramps (north side of Linhong Road), the reconstruction of the Jinshajiang Road transverse road, and precasting of small box girders for civil construction Sections 1-4 (including precast crash barriers on the edge girders).

Civil construction Section 3, Linhong Road to Quankou Road (planned), main line stake numbers K3+939.04~K5+875.04 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers DK3+940~DK5+875, outer auxiliary road FDA stake numbers FDAK0+014.163-FDAK0+736.617 in the Beidi Road interchange area, auxiliary road FDB stake numbers FDBK0+000-FDBK0+355.333, auxiliary road FDC stake numbers FDCK0+000-FDCK0+270.221, auxiliary road FDD stake numbers FDDK0+000-FDDK0+405.308, total length approximately 1.94 km, including one Beidi Road interchange, 1 pair of parallel ramps (south side of Linhong Road), and the reconstruction of the Tianshan West Road transverse road.

Civil construction Section 4, Quankou Road (planned) to Konggang 8th Road, main line stake numbers K5+875.04~ZZK7+855, K5+875.04~ZYK7+855 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers DK5+875~DK7+855, total length approximately 2.08 km, 2 pairs of parallel ramps (both sides of Xianxia Road), the reconstruction of the Xianxia West Road transverse road, and precasting of columns and bent caps for civil construction Sections 1-4.

Civil construction Section 5, Konggang 8th Road to the south side of Yan'an West Road, main line stake numbers EK7+855~EK9+802.497, WK7+855~WK9+802.917 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers: K7+855~K9+802.059, total length approximately 1.95 km, 1 pair of parallel ramps (north side of Hongqiao Road), and the G50 interchange (3 ramps).

Civil construction Section 6, south side of Yan'an West Road to south side of Wuzhong Road, main line stake numbers EK9+802.497~EK11+306, WK9+802.917~WK11+306 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers: K9+802.059~K11+307.147, total length approximately 1.51 km, 2 pairs of parallel ramps (south side of Yan'an Road, north side of Wuzhong Road), the G50 interchange (1 ramp), and precasting of small box girders for civil construction Sections 5-9 (including precast crash barriers on the edge girders).

Civil construction Section 7, south side of Wuzhong Road to north side of Nongnan Road, main line stake numbers EK11+306~EK13+210, WK11+306~WK13+212.438 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers K11+307.147~K13+211.104, total length approximately 1.90 km, 3 pairs of parallel ramps (south side of Wuzhong Road, north and south sides of Caobao Road), and the Caobao interchange (2 ramps). Precasting of columns and bent caps for civil construction Sections 5-9.

Civil construction Section 8, north side of Nongnan Road to south side of Gudai Road, main line stake numbers EK13+210~EK14+994, WK13+212.438~WK14+994 (excluding the end-of-section bridge piers and expansion joints), auxiliary road stake numbers: K13+211.104~K14+995.104, total length approximately 1.79 km, 1 pair of parallel ramps (north side of Gudai Road).

Civil construction Section 9, south side of Gudai Road to the project endpoint, main line stake numbers EK14+994~EK15+754.00, WK14+994~WK15+754.018; auxiliary road stake numbers: K14+995.104~K18+159.474, total length approximately 3.17 km, 1 pair of parallel ramps (south side of Gudai Road), the Dianpu River Bridge, the Xinzhuang interchange auxiliary road viaduct, and the railway-crossing bridge.
