On September 20, the Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition opened at the China International Exhibition Center (New Hall) in Beijing. Under the theme "Intelligent Manufacturing for a New Future," Zoomlion presented 19 products across three major categories—earthmoving machinery, concrete machinery, and engineering hoisting machinery—of which 10 units were new energy products. At the same time, digital products such as Zhongke Yungu's smart commercial concrete solutions were also showcased. The company presented in all respects its achievements and leading strength in digital, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading.

Stepping into the Zoomlion exhibition area, the booms of concrete pump trucks and truck cranes reach straight into the sky, while excavators, crushers, and loaders stand in neat rows—a truly spectacular sight. The entire exhibition area was bustling with crowds and gathered with merchants and customers, presenting a thriving scene of the high-end equipment industry and demonstrating Zoomlion's strong market appeal.

In recent years, Zoomlion has accelerated its "4.0A Innovation Project" for products, achieving comprehensive advancement of intelligent products and having now launched more than 500 innovative intelligent products. The 19 units exhibited this time are representative of these achievements.

Take the ZE1250G excavator as an example: its tracks alone are as tall as a person, and its massive body and imposing presence attracted many visitors to stop and observe. "This is the largest excavator exhibited by Zoomlion this time. As a new-generation mining excavator, this product is equipped with a customized high-power engine and a positive flow control hydraulic system; the reinforced bucket capacity can reach 8 cubic meters, working efficiency is improved by 8% compared with the previous generation, and fuel consumption per cubic meter is reduced by 6%. With efficient digging performance, high reliability, and a safe, worry-free design, the ZE1250G has become a 'gold-digging' tool in the hands of mining customers," introduced a Zoomlion staff member on site.

The exhibited 50-ton dual-power (diesel-electric) truck crane is known as a "green engineering workhorse." In addition to significant energy-saving and environmental advantages, it also features outstanding performance, intelligence, and high efficiency. For example, the product has a five-section 45.5-meter large cross-section "U"-shaped main boom; the maximum lifting moment of the base boom reaches 1764 kN.m, and the maximum lifting moment of the fully extended boom is 1182 kN.m, with comprehensive lifting performance leading the industry; it adopts a comprehensive onboard information platform to achieve three-dimensional monitoring of equipment operation, with real-time control within reach.

The "Lingyun" 70-meter light-hybrid pump truck is a new flagship new energy product in Zoomlion's concrete machinery segment. This pump truck inherits the excellent equipment genes of traditional fuel models, has the widest placing range among equipment of the same meter class, operates efficiently, and can adapt to various complex working condition requirements.

New energy products account for half the lineup 

Green "intelligent" manufacturing for a new future‍

Under the goals of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality," green and low-carbon development has become the inevitable path for the construction machinery industry to achieve high-quality development. Zoomlion has seized the opportunities of the dual-carbon era, achieved multi-dimensional original innovation, and fully opened up the new energy technology chain. New energy host machines cover all categories and achieve "clustered" development, with more than 100 new energy products rolled off the line cumulatively, continuously leading the development of new energy technology. At this exhibition, every product line had new energy products.

Among the 15 products exhibited by Zoomlion's earthmoving machinery at this exhibition, 6 are new energy products, including pure electric and electric cable-reel excavators, skid-steer loaders, and more. Among them, 4 products were exhibited for the first time at the exhibition. These new energy products have the advantages of zero emissions and lower operating costs, and also feature multiple safety protection functions such as leakage protection, with notable safety and environmental advantages.

Two dual-power (diesel-electric) truck crane products became the "eye-catching stars" on site. They can switch freely between diesel and electric power and support multi-level current selection to meet the operational needs of various common working conditions. At the same time, new energy power performs excellently in terms of noise and controllability, greatly improving operating comfort. The products' "high cost-effectiveness and high return on investment" have won praise from many users.

Zoomlion's concrete machinery sent two products into battle together: the 70-meter light-hybrid pump truck and the pure electric mixer truck. Among them, the "Lingyun" 70-meter light-hybrid pump truck adopts the industry-leading hybrid mode of "pure electric waiting for material + fuel pumping," and boasts a series of advantageous functions including electric mixing, electric cleaning, electric hydraulic oil cooling, electric air conditioning, and remote engine start. "This pump truck has very strong energy-saving effects; electric mixing uses less than 1.5 kWh per hour," said a Zoomlion staff member on site, and visitors nodded repeatedly.

In addition to exhibiting high-end, intelligent, and green equipment, the industrial internet platform built by Zhongke Yungu, a subsidiary of Zoomlion, also appeared at the Beijing Exhibition, showcasing digital products such as smart commercial concrete, smart leasing, and smart construction sites, presenting to Chinese and foreign visitors the technological charm of emerging digital technologies empowering industry development.

As a bellwether for the development of the construction machinery industry, the Beijing Exhibition is a high-end platform for global construction machinery new products, new technologies, new construction methods, new services, and brand display.
