IV. Project Overview:

The R21-04 residential plot has a total building area of 196,379.9 square meters, including an above-ground floor area counted in the plot ratio of 110,529.9 square meters (comprising 100,391 square meters of residential housing and 10,138.9 square meters of supporting public buildings), an open-floor area not counted in the plot ratio of 5,850 square meters, and an underground building area of 80,000 square meters. The R22-01 kindergarten plot has a total building area of 10,000 square meters, including an above-ground building area of 4,723 square meters and an underground building area of 5,277 square meters. Construction location: Located in the Taoyuan Unit R21-04 and R22-01 plots, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, bounded by Kangyuan Road to the east, Xiatang River to the south, Beixiu Street to the west, and Jinxing Street to the north.

V. Planned Construction Period:1,390 calendar days (including completion acceptance and filing)  Of which: design period: 90 calendar days; construction period: 1,300 calendar days (including completion acceptance and filing).
