1. High construction quality

High jetting pressure, large pile diameter, and stable construction quality; suitable for waterproofing of diaphragm wall joints in deep foundation pits under complex geological conditions, with many underground obstacles, and adjacent to rail transit.

2. Micro-disturbance construction

By means such as forced sludge discharge inside the pipe and adjustment of the slurry return volume, effective control of in-ground pressure is achieved, maintaining surrounding dynamic pressure balance and ensuring minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment during grouting.

3. Clean and pollution-free

Waste slurry is forcibly discharged through the drill pipe and collected centrally, then pressed and treated by a solid-liquid separator to achieve water-soil separation, avoiding secondary pollution of the surface layer and reducing transportation costs.

A construction method adaptable to confined spaces, high torque, and omnidirectional construction.

5. Automatic monitoring

A full-process online construction management system is used to automatically monitor and control construction parameters.

6. Centralized treatment

Through a unique multi-hole pipe and front-end forming device, high-pressure jets cut and break the surrounding soil, completing in a unified manner the pressurized delivery of hardening material slurry, jetting, formation cutting, mixing, sludge discharge, and centralized slurry handling.
