On August 25, the "Seminar on Innovation and Application of Fully Prefabricated Buildings," organized by Zhaodi, was held in Wuhan, Hubei.

Experts participating in the seminar included Fan Shikai, Consulting Chief Engineer (Survey Master) of Wuhan Design & Research Institute of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group; Wang Xiaonan, Consulting Chief Engineer of Central-South Architectural Design Institute; Wen Guoxuan, Consulting Chief Engineer of China Machinery Tusan Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.; Kan Ming, Chief Engineer of Wuhan Hechuang Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd.; Tang Ke, Chief Engineer of the Hubei Branch of China Electronics Engineering Design Institute; Gao Yuguo, Chief Engineer of Wuhan Guojie Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.; Tao Hongliang, Deputy Chief Engineer of Wuhan Huatai Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd.; and Qian Yi, Chief Engineer of the EPC Department of Central-South Architectural Design Institute.

At the meeting, Wang Rijian, Manager of the Design Department, gave a special report to the attending experts titled "Technological Innovation and Application of Fully Prefabricated Concrete Components," introducing the screw-lock twist-fastening mechanical connection joint developed by Zhaodi and its exploration and practice in the field of screw-lock special-shaped planted piles.

Subsequently, Huang Ningzhen, Assistant to the Chairman, introduced "Technological Innovation and Engineering Application of Prestressed Concrete Precast Piles," explaining Zhaodi's research on the production and performance improvement of solid special-shaped square piles, its exploration of sheet pile structures, construction methods, and equipment, its continuous upgrading and iteration of screw-lock mechanical connection technology, and the practical application of these innovations in some major engineering projects.

Chairman Zhou Zhaodi focused on explaining to the attending experts the "Key Technologies for Integrated Fully Prefabricated Construction of Underground Engineering, Main Structures, and Support Structures, and the Implementation Plan for the Huzhou Zhaodi Technology Comprehensive Building."

He pointed out that Zhaodi is establishing a design and calculation theory for integrated fully prefabricated structures combining underground engineering main structures and support structures, so as to form a set of key joints suitable for fully prefabricated construction; is building an intelligent workshop and establishing a technical system for precast component production and quality monitoring to form a complete set of production and manufacturing technologies; is developing fast, efficient, and reliable construction equipment to improve the intelligent construction process for integrated fully prefabricated underground structure main structures and support structures; and is creating a digital monitoring system for integrated fully prefabricated construction of underground structure main structures and support structures, so as to achieve dynamic monitoring throughout the entire life cycle of the prefabrication process.

After listening to the above reports, the experts unanimously affirmed the active research and serious practice Zhaodi has undertaken in industry technological innovation, and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions on special-shaped precast pile technology, sheet pile technology and connector technology innovation, and the "Key Technologies for Integrated Fully Prefabricated Construction of Underground Engineering, Main Structures, and Support Structures, and the Implementation Plan for the Huzhou Zhaodi Technology Comprehensive Building."
