Civil Engineering Construction of the Dong'e–Yangu Highway PPP Project

I. Project Overview

This project is located in the Yellow River alluvial plain of northern Shandong, with flat terrain and a dense network of ditches, canals, and rural roads. The route length is 58.552 km, with 12.44 million m³ of fill and 430,000 m³ of excavation. Structures (excluding interchange areas) include: 1 extra-large bridge of 1,715.5 m, 3 large bridges of 350 m, 8 medium bridges of 543 m, 2 small bridges of 75 m, 24 separated interchanges, 97 passages (52 passage bridges and 45 culvert-type passages), and 41 culverts; 2 hub interchanges, 4 general interchanges, and 4 ramp toll stations; 1 service area, 1 maintenance work area, and 1 monitoring and communications sub-center each; and 2 interchange connecting lines.

Project investment:Total estimated investment7,911,087,900 yuan.

Section division:Divided into 3 civil engineering sections. The specific division is as follows:

Section DYTJ-1:Civil engineering works within K0+000–K16+000, with a main line length of 16 km and the Yushan Interchange connecting line of 5.198 km (including pavement works); pavement works within K0+000–K29+000, with a main line length of 29 km.

Section DYTJ-2:Civil engineering works within K16+000–K29+000, with a section length of 13 km.

Section DYTJ-3:Civil engineering and pavement works within K29+000–K58+551.921, with a main line length of 29.552 km and the Yangu North connecting line of 4.118 km (including pavement works).

Planned construction period:The tentative construction period for Sections DYTJ-1 and DYTJ-3 is 763 calendar days, and for Section DYTJ-2 is 671 days, calculated from the commencement date specified in the commencement notice issued by the supervisor.
