In mid-June 2023, the new comprehensive treatment building construction project of the Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in which Shanghai Yuanfang participated as a co-builder, officially broke ground. The project uses 800mm-thick diaphragm walls as the retaining structure, marking the first application of diaphragm wall construction technology in the building construction sector within the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The project has a tight schedule and a confined site, placing great demands on the project team's management capabilities in organization and planning, task allocation, and plan implementation. After comprehensively considering the project's equipment configuration and technology as well as the staffing structure of the construction team, the project team laid out the site rationally and devised a scientific construction plan. Within the limited construction site, they carried out multiple processes in a cross-construction manner, bringing construction efficiency to an optimal state, and the actual construction progress remained ahead of the planned schedule for a long period.

This project is the second project in which Shanghai Yuanfang has participated in the Inner Mongolia region this year, marking a big step forward for Shanghai Yuanfang in expanding the Inner Mongolia market.
