12月30日，国机重工（常州）挖掘机有限公司举行揭牌仪式，标志着挖掘机公司正式成立。中国工程机械行业协会祁俊会长、常州新北区区长吴晓东等与集团公司吴培国董事长和王伟炎总经理一起出席揭牌仪式并揭牌。会长对国重常挖成立表示祝贺。吴晓东区长对公司以往的成绩进行了充分的肯定，同时表示地方政府会提供更好的服务，助力公司发展。

王伟炎总经理在揭牌仪式上介绍了集团公司成立两年多的发展历程、挖掘机公司成立的背景及战略意义，同时代表集团公司对挖掘机公司提出了希望。

中国机床总公司、常林股份相关负责人，挖掘机公司老领导，当地金融、税务等机构以及主要供应商等参加揭牌仪式。
