Sunward Intelligent announced after market close on December 4 that its shareholder Tianhe Times Enterprise Management Company reduced 5.6 million shares of the company on December 3, accounting for 1.36% of the company's total share capital.
After the reduction, Tianhe Times still holds 30.4708 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.41% of the company's total share capital.
