National Meteorological Center: Typhoon No. 16 "Cimaron" Will Have No Impact on China's Waters

September 26 (Xinhua) — According to the website of the National Meteorological Center, the center of Typhoon No. 16 of this year, "Cimaron" (tropical storm intensity), was located at 8:00 a.m. on the 26th over the northwestern Pacific Ocean about 405 kilometers south-southeast of Kagoshima, Japan, at 28.3 degrees north latitude and 132.4 degrees east longitude.
